Dirty, no Internet, odor, location, security,

The kitchenettes were great, fridge very clean, stove top worked good (a toaster would have been good ecspecially where most guests are probablly there the longest in the morning). I had a handicapped room and it was great for our needs.

I was in room 141 and all the lighting was terrible. Could not read because of the poor lighting and could not see clearly in the bathroom, which could use a vanity or some type of shelf or cabinet, and door hooks. Also, No one ever cleaned the room or replaced the towels and toilet paper on the 2nd day (I did not need service the 1st day). I would reccomend this to other travelers if you were not concerned about these things.

Possibly the best and pleasant stay on a business trip. All the staff were happy to help. Immaculately clean & brand-new room with a queen size bed. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Honestly no complaints.

Great stay, solid service!

I had a chill night here. The place was super clean with hard floors, way better than carpets! Loved the shower massager, it was awesome after a long day. The staff was really friendly too. Only thing was the bed was kinda hard for me. Still, for the price, can't complain!

easy access to parks and local attractions

i really appreciated the proximity to hidden lake with beautiful walking trails and views, and the fantastic little shops and eateries around historic olde town arvada made my weekend strolls all the more enjoyable.

Family with children will find comfort here

This place isn't half bad. I stayed here with my family a week and honestly, the staff was top notch. We had a issue with our key and the front desk had it sorted in minutes. Plus, the kitchen was stocked with utensils which was a lifesaver. You don't get that everywhere, trust me. My kids enjoyed the clean room and it.

It wasn't a bargain though, but it's still acceptable for what you get.

Clean room, friendly atmosphere.

Enjoyed my stay with a comfortable bed and ample kitchen space in the Standard King Room. The location felt safe, with nearby grocery stores and restaurants just a quick drive away. Wi-Fi worked perfectly for my needs. Faced issues with cleanliness. Housekeeping seemed absent as I only got fresh towels twice in the week, and the trash wasn't collected, leading to a buildup. The staff was friendly but lacked efficiency, as I had to chase down service multiple times. The bathroom door was also falling off its hinges, quite bothersome. Would really appreciate better communication from management regarding room services and better overall upkeep.

The standard queen room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly. It was the perfect romantic getaway with easy access to dining and shopping.

The room was decent and clean, with comfortable beds, and the TV worked fine. The bathroom towels were fresh, but I had issues with the pillows-one was too soft, and the other was half stuffed. The walls were really thin, so I could hear a lot of noise from the neighbors. The location was great, close to lots of shops and eateries, a plus.

The location was a major win-right next to all the best spots in Denver! I even tried some classic fried fish nearby that was off the charts! Plus, the room had everything I needed, and the front desk agent was a gem, going above and beyond for me.

On the flip side, my welcome was a bit of a snooze fest. The guy at the desk was glued to his phone, and noise from the stairwell door slammed all night. The atmosphere could use a little TLC.
